Our team have worked with some of the world's leading organisations in a wide variety of sectors to develop in-house programmes based on their specific requirements.  Our consultants use the ADDIE methodology (Analyse-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) to develop engaging content that addresses organisational leadership & management development. Our team has extensive experience and qualifications in the design & delivery of training in the classroom, virtual classroom, via eLearning and blended programmes. 

We have a large library of existing CMI-based (please see our 'CMI Courses' page) and other bespoke & proven leadership and management learning content (please see our 'Leadership and Management' page) that enable us to cost-effectively create in-house programmes for deployment by our team internationally.  These Learning Outcome-driven programmes are designed to meet organisational development needs first, but can also be designed to allow individuals to achieve CMI qualifications by completing assignments along the way.
