Tony is a successful leader, building a series of businesses. He has 40 years business experience, and over 30 years Board level experience including roles as CEO, Chair, Non-Exec and Trustee. He holds an MBA is a Chartered Manager (CMgr) Fellow of the CMI. He is our Programme Director and delivers CMI Level 7.

Suzanne is a Business Development specialist who has worked with many of the worlds leading brands.  Her supply chain background has given her significant experience in meeting the complex needs of businesses and putting together high quality solutions that meet their needs.

Dawn is a CMI Chartered Manager (CMgr), holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and a CIPD Certificate in HR Practice. She has over 25 years of experience in public, private and third sector organisations and has specialised in L&D for the last 15 years. She delivers CMI Level 3, 5 & 7 & is a former Chair of CMI Scotland.

Renee is a CMI Chartered Manager (CMgr), and a Fellow of the CMI & CIPD. She holds an MSc in Training & CMI Level 7 Professional Consultancy Certificate and delivers CMI Level 3,5 & 7 Programmes.  Her career spans over 30 years, working globally across sectors. Renee is currently Chair of the CMI in Scotland.

Neil has over 35 years leadership and management experience, with 23 of these in Director Roles with a focus on operational, commercial and financial management. He is LPI Certified Online Delivery Skills accredited and delivers CMI Level 3, CMI Level 5 and bespoke client programmes globally.

Tony is a CMI Chartered Manager (CMgr) and a Fellow of the CMI. He is a Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 Approved Facilitator and Course Developer. He has over 20 years of inter-functional management experience, specialising in Learning & Development during the last 9 years.

Jonelle holds a CIPD Certificate in Learning & Development Practice, is a Workplace Assessor & Internal Assessor. She is accredited to deliver IOSH Managing Safely (incl Refresher) & Working Safely courses. Her 28 year career included being an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for BP and she is a qualified Mechanical Engineer

Brian has over 40 years senior operations and leadership experience in the private and public sector, with over 15 years experience of developing and delivering both CMI-based and bespoke leadership and management programmes globally. He delivers CMI Level 3 & 5 but specialises in in-house programmes.
